Brookvale Mini Storage is located at 10436 Mary Ball Rd, Lancaster, VA 22503. We are on Mary Ball Rd, just about three miles from Walmart, heading to Lancaster Court House, and about three miles from Lancaster Court House heading to Kilmarnock.

Saturday, Sunday, and Monday closed

When can I access my storage unit?
The Lot is open seven days a week.
Winter hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Summer hours are from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month leases—store with us for a few months or years.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Make your monthly storage payment online using a credit card or call the office. Or, if you wish, you can mail us a check or money order.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility has 24-hours security cameras inside and outside, and a fence around the property with a gate.
Do you offer temperature-controlled storage units?
We offer affordable and secure temperature-controlled storage units, ideal if you intend to store environmentally sensitive items short or long term. This is good for items that may be susceptible to damage due to intense temperatures change.
